THE VILLA
Situated right in the heart of the grounds of Seignosse Golf Club, the villa is built in a contemporary style with swimming pool and an exotic garden.
It sleeps 2-10 people, with five bedrooms in all, split over two floors.

The Villa can be rented for sole-occupancy (all 5 bedrooms), shared-occupancy
(2 - 4 bedrooms), or 1 - 3 rooms for bed and breakfast.
The first floor … a spacious ‘loft-style' studio room with wood finish and exposed beams opens on to a large terrace which looks out over the swimming pool and tropical garden. Two large twin bedrooms, both "en suite". A mezzanine floor provides a discreet “office” area (broadband ADSL Internet access).
The garden level… Three twin suites, each with their own living area, shower-room and terrace. An annexe shared by the three suites offers: a fully equipped kitchen, an eating area and utility (linen) room.
GOLF TUITION
Three training packages over a weekend or a week are pitched at different abilities. These take place at the Pinsolle Golf Taining Centre for the Landes which is just ten minutes by car from the villa, or at one of the 12 well-known local golf courses in the Landes and Basque regions.
