A spacious ‘loft-style' studio room with wood finish and exposed beams opens on to a large terrace which looks out over the swimming pool and tropical garden. Two large twin bedrooms, both "en suite". A mezzanine floor provides a discreet “office” area (broadband ADSL Internet access).
In the Studio, a passage opens into a large living room with fireplace and stairs rising to a mezzanine which serves as an office area. On the left, an American-style kitchen opens onto a large deck which surrounds the entire frontage of the house from East to West. It extends to the main bedroom with its bow window, large bathroom and separate WC. The deck is equipped with a table and chairs for eating outside. A South facing annexe on the garden level, an extension to the main building, provides you with a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances, and dining area for use during a longer stay if you want to be self contained.
In the basement, bikes are available for you to take advantage of the various cycle paths and trails that run through the wonderful pine forest, as well as leading to Hossegor, a bustling and attractive town with its picturesque lake and excellent Golf Club.
The “Pinsolle Golf Club” and Training Centre for the Landes is also just ten minutes away by car.
You are asked not to smoke, or eat in the bedrooms, and towels should not be taken from the apartments for use on the beach. Thank you….

As described for the Villa, excluding the garden level bedrooms and annexe, but including the use of the swimming pool and its exotic garden.
THE GARDEN FLOOR WITH ITS 3 SUITES WITH SWIMMING POOL, EXOTIC GARDEN AND ANNEXE (fully equipped with appliances)… [3 x 600€ ]
These bedrooms are finished to the same high standard as the swimming pool, the wooden decks have been crafted and designed so that they blend with the exotic plants: palms, cicas, banana trees, olives, lemon trees, bougainvillea, oleanders, bamboo, etc
The twin bedrooms are tastefully decorated in pastel tones and each is equipped with two 90x200 beds (separate / pushed together), a large fitted wardrobe with natural pine louvered doors and an area to lounge in, with armchairs and a coffee table. The rooms have wall-mounted electric heaters for those rare chilly evenings. Bed linen is provided and includes: sheets, duvets, blankets
Shower rooms are fitted with a large shower, basin, toilet and towel radiator.

Reservations for a bedroom at garden level with breakfast in the annexe or in front of your private terrace
for the WEEK-END (2 NIGHTS MINIMUM) or THE WEEK .
TARIFF: 90€ each day for room and breakfast
A typical buffet includes:
• Fresh kiwi or grapefruit
• Tea, coffee, hot-chocolate, freshly-squeezed fruit juices
• A variety of cereals, brioche, chunks of French stick, our regional speciality ‘Quatre quarts', all served with butter, honey and jams
• A range of dairy products (yoghurt, cheeses, etc)
• Fruit salad
